The sequence of a recruitment process:

Job advertisement
All vacancies are advertised on our website and some in other job databases.

Before the interview
When we receive your application, you will, within a week, get a confirmation of receipt. After the closing date for applications, we make an evaluation of all applicants and choose applicants that will be invited to an interview.

The interview
At the first interview focus will be on your professional skills, and you will be given more information about the job, the department and Paranova in general. Based on this first interview you will either get a refusal or an invitation to a second interview.

The second interview is a continuation of the first meeting but with focus on your personal skills. For this interview we use different HR-tools including a personality analysis. The personal analysis is a tool for dialog and not a test.

After the interview
Based on our interviews with you and any references checked, we will choose the candidate for the job.

Introduction and Follow-up on the hiring
Introduction of new employees is planned jointly by the relevant department and the HR department. The department plans an introductory program, which closely describes the initial period. In addition to the introduction to the department and the tasks involved, the introductory program also includes an introductory course.
Continuously follow-up interviews are held between manager and the new employee.
