HR activities to ensure an attractive place to
work
The HR area is still in progress. To ensure that
we still are an attractive place to work we plan activities within
these areas:
- Internal communication
- Professional and personal development
- Job challenges and career opportunities within the company
- The relationship between manager and employee
- Social activities
- Personnel benefits and conditions.
HR tools for internal communication
We use different tools to support our internal communication, for
example: Our intranet, Notice boards and Internal information
meetings, where management can inform about the company in general
and current subjects.
HR tools for professional and personal
development
We use different tools to support our professional and personal
development, for example: Yearly appraisal interview with all
employees in which an individual development plan is set up on the
grounds of identified areas for the employee’s
improvement. Leadership training for our leaders and economic
support for different educational activities (e.g. MBA, HD, Holder
of a diploma in specialised business studies and general booster
training in languages or IT).

different internal challenges to ensure satisfied employees and
help them fulfil their ambitions.
HR-tools to strengthening cooperation between
manager and employee
At Paranova we focus on creating
an effective, dialogue-oriented, open and honest collaboration
between managers and employees.
In recognition of the fact that differencies can arise between manager and employee and among employees, we use mediation as a tool to solve conflicts.
Focus on social activities
Having a social life is important to us. There is always some
activity going on in Denmark arranged by our local staff club
“Recepten”. Activities such as: Theatre arrangements, Travels,
Going to the cinema, Art exhibition in house, Sportsactivities
and Bingo.
Personnel conditions and benefits
The
company’s most important resource is its employees – it is our
employees’ knowledge, commitment, co-operation and innovation that
are the starting point for the development of the
company.
For the employees changes mean exciting and responsible tasks with wide potential for contacts internally as well as externally. In return it is our goal to pay our employees on par with the labour market in general, based on personal effort and qualifications and their loyalty and sense of responsibility towards the company. This must of course be in compliance with legislation and existing agreements.
Personnel conditions and benefits are in some areas regulated by agreements (production and stock) and, for others, on an individual basis.
